Luxurious Country Living Awaits You at The Cedars Plantation.
When Mark Twain mentioned, "...a remoteness from the worry and bustle of the world," he could well have been describing a guest's stay at The Cedars Plantation. A sojourn at The Cedars offers bed & breakfast guests an opulent experience once enjoyed only by the very affluent.
Because of the privacy and exceptional amenities provided by The Cedars, a guest feels miles from the worry and bustle of a hectic life. In reality, however, you are only about 20 minutes from the attractions of downtown Natchez.
If you are looking for a luxurious, pastoral getaway, The Cedars is the place for you.
An opportunity for privacy and "quiet time" at a luxurious bed and breakfast.

Take your choice of 4 guest rooms - one conveniently located on the ground floor, two more on the second floor with a gallery that runs the length of the house, and a luxurious 3rd floor suite, complete with magnificent jacuzzi tub.
Stroll the grounds around the calm pond and grove of Cedar trees. Take a swim in the pool. Relax with a good book in one of two finely appointed parlors.
This property is the ideal location for family or corporate retreats, anniversaries, or honeymoons, but it is a great getaway for anyone who appreciates luxury, privacy, and beauty.
The Gatekeeper's Cottage on the Mississippi River.
Imagine sipping a cocktail as the orange sun sinks slowly into the Mississippi River, or if you are a morning person, perhaps you would prefer to enjoy a steaming cup of coffee as the sun rises spectacularly over the river. Either way, your dream can be realized at Magnolia Vale.
Whether you choose to stay in the Gatekeeper's Cottage beside the Mississippi River at the front of the property or in The Pigeonnaire, the cottage beside the pool, you will be charmed with the view, the amenities, and the Continental breakfast that includes breakfast breads, fruit, coffee, and juice.
Magnolia Vale's Pigeonnaire beside the pool.
Magnolia Vale, once the site of Learned's Mill, the oldest cypress mill in the South, has a long history in Natchez. Just as in the 19th century, the home owners could see steamboat travelers as they passed within yards of the front porch; today, a guest can gaze from that spot on tugboats navigating the winding river, and kayakers landing a few steps from his cottage.
Nestled between the Mississippi River and the towering Loess Bluffs, Magnolia Vale is a world that everyone should have the opportunity to experience.
