Our Reservation Policy
A full Southern Breakfast is included with all rates. All rooms except the Beavins Room have refrigerators with bottled water and soft drinks.
Check-in time is 3:00 P.M. Check-out is at 11:00 A.M.
All reservations require a minimum 2-night stay. We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express credit cards. Cancellations made within 72 hours of reservation will be charged 1 (one) night's rate. We regret that we cannot accept children under the age of 16 or pets.

The Josephine Room on the Second Floor
With its satellite television, refrigerator, fireplace, full Tester bed, spacious bathroom and vanity, this room is preferred because of the easy access to the 2nd floor gallery.
